TOPIC: moving location of the page navigation in event listing

I need to know how to move the page navigation in the event listing screen from the top to the bottom OR just add one to the bottom. We have 2 pages of events and when people get to the bottom of the list they think they are done because the navigation is at the top of the list.

Is this possible? If so, could someone give me some direction?
