TOPIC: Insert text before and after components!

hello guys,
I need your help for insert one description of category before and after the component. I tried it with modules, but when I click on one the courses, the component goes properly and the modules remain in the same position.

It's very important for me because the courses they need of description! To learn more, see attachment!
