TOPIC: Blank registration in the backend

I was going through my registration and in some of the registration the required field are blank, i don't know what causing this but once in a while i receiving blank registration.

Is this an issue when user press the next button twice ?

It's most likely due to someone clicking the final Submit button twice. However, this was addressed in the most recent package. It's not possible to click it twice anymore.
