TOPIC: User Editing Record, Early Bird Rate Not Taken Into Effect

AS the title suggests. Participant goes in to edit their record, registration rate when they signed up was $30 with a $5 early bird discount = $25. The early bird rate is still in effect so if they were to register today, they would still be paying $25. DT Register shows the rate at $30 (the $5 discount is not being recognized), so when they add a $15 option, they are actually charged $20 at checkout.

Any thoughts on how to fix this would be much appreciated. Anyone else having this problem?
