So we have our attendees button set for Special permissions, but the button is still visible. Yes, the list will error with a "You do not have permissions..." but that's still a bit frustrating.

We have the event > list_row.php set up as an html override, but I can't find any script that lets me check for user access levels before displaying the image.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am looking into buying this component but one of the main features I am looking for is allowing certain people to access the attendees list without making it available to everyone. Can I set up permissions so that the attendees button and information is only available to certain users?

Jake - in case you didn't see, the new 2.7.9 package modified this feature. Now, if you don't have appropriate access to the attendees list, you don't even SEE the button. Just the way you wanted :)
