TOPIC: [SOLVED] Unable to save records in BE

Hi

I'm just entering records in the backend as participants have registered through another means but I'm unable to save the records. The Save button does not seem to work.

Please advise.

We are experiencing the same issue. We can't manually add a record. Nothing happens when you click the "Save" button.
Tried everything - checked permission of the admin, checked if the fields are all completed and correct, checked if registration for the event is open, and still not saving the new record.
Help! We really need to get this resolved. It has been a year since we installed DTRegister in our site, and we have not used it yet.
We are excited that we are getting close to having DTRegister usable to us. Once this issue is solved, we will be happy to use it in some of our other sites.
We are using version 2.7.7a
