TOPIC: Problems - Formatting automatic onscreen messages and emails

We are having serious problems with formatting automatic onscreen messages and emails sent to registrants. We have used various WYSIWYG editors without success. The messages and emails look alright in previews but when received by registrants all the formatting is lost (extra blank lines are inserted all over the place, tables are moved to different positions). All this makes the final result professionally unacceptable.

We do not have the same problems when editing standard Joomla articles, hence we feel that this is an internal problem/malfunction of DT Register. This is a pity, as this makes this otherwise very flexible Joomal’s component unusable for us. Has anyone else experienced the same problem or have any suggestions of how to resolve it. We would be grateful for any suggestions/help.
