Is it possible to create a procedure for a client to get a discount if they plan on attending multiple events?

For example:

Event 1 cost $100
Event 2 cost $100
Event 3 cost $100

If I will be registering for Event 1 & Event 3, I would like to setup a means to provide a discount for attending multiple events.
