Hi There,

I have started with a clean install of Joomla 1.5.23 and added DTRegister 2.76.

I have added the 2 modules (Cart & Upcoming Events).

I have enabled 4 plugins. I did not enable the SSL plugin. If I have the SSL plugin enabled, when trying to select an event from the website, the entire process fails.

I have set up the configuration and added 2 events.

The "upcoming event module" shows the events I added.

When I proceed to checkout through the "CART" and choose the "PAY LATER" option...the site hangs and then I just get a white screen. It never completes the registration.

Also, when I am in the configuration screen using Firefox, all the configuration info is displayed down the page....not like when I view it in Internet Explorer. In Internet Explorer, the configuration page is set up in tabs.

All help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Found the problem through this user's support ticket... and it wasn't DT Register. We have tested our plugins with the very latest JomSocial (which was being used) and all is well. The problem comes from a different 3rd party plugin that must have an issue since the latest JS updates. It is:

JSPT Community Plugin

I disabled it and everything works fine... with our plugins still enabled too. You should contact the developer of that plugin to see if they have an update for it to work with the latest JomSocial. I'm not familiar with that plugin, but the issue seems to lie there. Thanks!
