Hi DT,

I've checked the box "Joomla User Auto-Creation:" as either "yes required" or "yes optional" however customers who create an account aren't being added in the Joomla User Manager and I can't see their name in the "Records" tab of DT Register. What may I be doing wrong?

This issue was addressed for this user through a ticket. The problem was they were not using the default "firstname" and "lastname" fields. You can of course change the field labels for these, but you must use these fields if you want to see registrant names in the backend list and if you are using the auto-user creation feature.

Registrations with new user auto creation set to Yes are not being created in CB or Core Joomla.

We only have one first name and Last name field defined.
