Hello. You must not have the configuration complete. Besides having the code setup and activated (with current start and end dates in place), within the event you must check the box to enable discount code usage in that event. You must also check the box in the event for each code that you want to make available. If you can't sort it out, submit a ticket. Thanks.
Thanks. I verified the discount code is published, the start and end dates are current and for each event under DISCOUNTS & CODES "Use discount Code" is set to Yes and the check box is selected for the discount code I want to use for that event.
When I enter the code during registration, the system gives a check mark indicating the code is valid, but it doesn't recalculate the total. I'm I missing anything else?
Have you found a solution to this issue? I have researched this for sometime trying to find a solution I submitted a ticket and got the standard response... now I only hope that I checked it all right... So here's the deal I added a field to have a discount code of 3 letters... and when I enter it in I get the check mark... now when I use a radio button I get the discount because I am in control of the pricing. I can put a minus sing in where the correspond with the price. Now with a text box you can not control the pricing... HELP.... Registration is being held up by this...
