How disabling payment options at the end of the registration process.

In the backend of the component, there is a tab for Payment options.

If you haven't changed it, there is a Default Payment option that should have a yellow star next to it indicating it's the default.

Within that, you can add or remove payment options such as credit cards, paypal, authorize.net, and other payment systems.
