TOPIC: Empty Records

Just an example of another strange registration price issue:

I have a registration that is $60 base price.
User can add a $10 shirt so registration should be $70.

I received a registration with a price of $10 and that is all that was paid through authorize.net account.

And another oddball registration problem. This time is was with paypal.

In Admin section, customer's registration is showing as "Mail in Payment" and that he still owes $82. However, I have received a paypal payment of $82 from him. Normally when I receive a paypal payment through the DTRegister software the item title in paypal shows the event name "2011 Test Event Registration Run" and Custom: test|session=287. For this particular registration that I had problems with, the item title in paypal shows "Event Registration" but it still shows Custom: test|session=286. So the custom field leads me to believe that this registration was still somehow sent through DTRegister.
