TOPIC: disable discount for a group

Hi,
I'm setting up a registration for an event where
- the first person pay let say $299 then a early bird discount of $50 then again $50 membership discount
- any additional person within the group will pay a flat fee and won't get any discount for membership or early registration
Is it possible to set up dtregister like this ?
