TOPIC: book full week or just individual days

Hi,
i am trying to set up a booking form for this idea:

I have a kids holiday program which goes for 1 week and costs $275 for the entire week.
I want the parents to have the option to book their kids either for the whole week or just for a couple of days individually like Mo $45 and Tues $45 etc.

How would i manage to do this?
