TOPIC: What will happen if I alter my form after there are entries?

What happens if you have a registration form up and running and then you alter the fields to create additional (radio button) choices for a form (see attached image). I have numerous sessions with users registered already and I've been requested to add additional choices to some sessions on the form. Will this throw all of the data in the database out of whack?
