I am trying to customize my emails that get sent however each time I try to add my logo to the email it removes the http:// part of the url path therefore when the email sends, the logo image is broken.

Also, in the MY Cart section prior to check out there is a field called Deposit Amount - I would like to remove this as it is confusing but I cannot find where to remove it.

Thanks, Sarah

I have tried everything to add images successfully. The nearest I got was to disable the editors and write it in plain html code - however when I sent the tests it still gave me code I didn't want and spaces that shouldn't have there.

Problems with formatting automatic onscreen messages and emails sent to registrants have been reported in a number posts. Please see the following topics:
"Thanks Email is Striping HTML", "Insert Table in Emails" and " Problems - Formatting automatic onscreen messages and emails".

We tried various WYSIWYG editors without success. The messages and emails looked alright in previews but when received by registrants all the formatting was lost (extra blank lines were inserted all over the place, tables where moved to different positions). All this made the final result professionally unacceptable.

However, we managed to overcome this by using templates functions in editors such as JoomlaCK, Artof Editor and TinyMCE. This a bit tedious proces but resuls are much better.

Hope the above will help you too.

Hi corvid, I searched your titles here:

"Thanks Email is Striping HTML", "Insert Table in Emails" and " Problems - Formatting automatic onscreen messages and emails"

and all they showed was this topic. Would you have links to these topics that you could post for me?

Thanks for the help
