TOPIC: Cart Sporadic, Not Accepting All Entries??

I am finding that the cart function is being sporadic for me, it very rarely works for the first form that is filled out and at times will not work on subsequent forms either.

It is common for my users to sign in, fill out a registration form, get to the cart and choose to sign up for another event (usually signing multiple family members up for the same event) but the first time a form is filled out it very rarely actually puts itself into the cart (it only works about 10% of the time). The second event that they fill out the form for puts itself into the cart about 80% of the time. Most times if they are adding more than 3 events everything after the first 2 event registrations seem to put themselves into the cart but not always, it works about 90% of the time.

Now for the weird part, the registrations that do not show up in the cart seem to be there, but they are hidden. When the user checks out, they are only charged for the registrations that show up in their cart, but the "hidden" registrations (the ones that did not get added to the cart for some reason) go through as pending, so they are showing up in the back end as registering but not paying.

To add confusion to the entire process, the registrants that are pending (not paid yet), still show up in the "Attendees List". It would be nice to have the option of only showing the "Active" registrants in the confirmation list, or as another option, for the system to allow non paid registrants to be shown as "Waiting" in the back end so that they do not show up in a list (the Attendees list) that they clearly should not be in.

Is anyone else having a similar problem with the cart function? The cart function is a demand that I have for my site, but it is clearly not working as it should. Maybe my settings are wrong, but I'm not sure how settings would allow it to work sometimes and not others, either it works or it doesn't work. To me this sounds like a bug of some sorts.
