TOPIC: [SOLVED] Configuration Page Problems

When I go to the configuration page for DTR I input or select my choices and then when I try to save the page nothing happens. Thinking that maybe it has saved the page I leave the page and go to another section of DTR and when I return to the config page none of the earlier choices I made and tried to save are listed.

It doesn't seem to be saving my selections. Any help appreciated.

When you save, do you see any tab turn a bright RED color? This would indicate something on that tab is missing or incorrect, keeping you from being able to save. Particularly check the email tab and make sure the From Name and From Email has something entered. They are required.

It turned out to be a problem with the editor I was using inside of Joomla template. I switched editors and all is well.

I wanted to note that I had the same problem (configuration settings not saving), but after seeing your post and reply, I checked my email parameters and it was not yet set - and after filling those values in, it fixed my problem. Thanks!
