Is anyone having the same issue with Thank You messages not appearing after registering? We recently upgraded to version 2.7.4 which in the developers notes it states that this version fixes Thank You messages not appearing. Unfortunately our messages still do not appear. We have found two workarounds to this problem; unsecuring the registration (removing SSL) will enable the Thank You message to come up. Also, creating a new event (since verson 2.7.3a) will also make the Thank You message appear. We have been waiting desparately for a soluton to this issue and as you can imagine were really excited to see this problem addressed. You can also imagine our disappointment when it did not fix this ongoing issue. We hate to come off like we're venting but in this case we think it's only fair to.

I have the same issue and have been waiting for a fix. This used to work before it was broken with the later upgrades.

2.7.4a did not fix this issue. My Thank you message was where I put in all of my payment address information since my outgoing e-mails no longer work (still a ticket that has been open for 15 days on this one).

Thanks to the admins for the response. They must still be buried under mounds of tickets. Hopefully they will correct defects instead of adding functionality for awhile. I would like to get a stable registration program before I have to look elsewhere.

I need this fixed badly! People don't know where to send me thousands of $$$.

We were also looking forward to the latest update (2.7.4b) in hopes of addressing the Thank You bug but to no avail. Sadly enough we've been using the confirmation emails to convey our thank you message. Did the workaround I suggested in my previous post assist at all?
