TOPIC: Attendees empty after upgrade

I just upgraded to 2.7 and now the list of people that were registered for my events is empty. I had one event with 20+ users registered and somehow I need to get the list of those that were registered before the update.

I looked in the mysql database and using "select * from jos_dtregister_rollback_user where eventId = 607;" I can get a list of the users registered for the event." Is there a way to bring the rollback data back?

Hello. Sounds like you didn't follow ALL of the upgrade instructions. The data for records is stored differently and moved, but after the initial 2.7 install, you will not see all of the records data. However after completing all of the instructions in the readme file (or as seen in the upgrade video), the data can be migrated from the 2.6 tables into 2.7.

I tried to follow the instructions in the readme. Any hints on which of the ALL upgrade instructions would be missed. I have run the "Migrate 2.6 Records" and it reports that it runs correctly but none of the attendees are migrated.

Well, hard to say... what version did you upgrade FROM? You probably need to submit a ticket so we can work from there. Thanks.

I am having this exact problem. Did the OP ever identify what step he did not follow, if any?

I am migrating from 2.6.9c

I uninstall/re-install, then migrate records to 2.7.4 at this point the event IDs in my events have all been reset to 2, 3, 4, 5 etc. but the event IDs in my records are the original event IDs such as 356 or whatever.

I went through and opened and saved every object in sight, buty that does not correct these event IDs. Is this not an issue with the migration script??
