TOPIC: Front End Admin - CSV export and email?

Are there any plans for developing the front end admin section a little further? Specifically the three features that I think an Event Administrator should be able to do from the front end:
1) CSV Export
2) Email Registrants
3) Mark Paid

I like that DT Register allows front end users to create events with registrations but it doesn't give them ready access to the data collected unless they are a site administrator.
