TOPIC: blank registrations

I have an active event; it seems intermittently there will be a row in my registrants with empty data, no name/payment amount, etc. What would cause this? Just need to be sure that there is any type of error producing this where I’m actually charging registrants for ticket to event and they are not getting it, etc.
