TOPIC: Upgrade Problems

We recently upgraded coyotetrails.org from version to version. A few issues were immediately discovered. First our user database table is no longer keeping track of first name, last name, email address, etc...for new registrations. Where did this data go to? The admin knows where to retrieve this info but we do not. Second, we are not able to see pending orders. The db once again does not include orders that have not gone through. Is there a way to include orders that go into paypal but do not pay.... We want to be able to store this information.
