TOPIC: 2.7.3c Problems with Records

Hello, hope this isn't covered elsewhere but I haven't seen it.
Scenario,
I have a public event registration open since early January. I can go to records and filter on this event and see 31 records (some are duplicates but I will get to that).
The first registration was on Jan 11th 2011 and the last was this afternoon. When I do an export to CSV and select all and don't enter date criteria it returns 16 records with the oldest record being from March 10. Also, the exported CSV doesn't have any column headers like it used to. Not sure what the problem is here and I have tried multiple browsers (safari, ff, ie).

Also, there are duplicate records with the same everything, even confirmation numbers?
My site has become very slow, which I somewhat expect from shared hosting, but its really bad lately.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
