Hello!
I've had to create some Pull Down Menus for different Ticket selections.
Adult, Senior, Child, Family Pack etc... Each has a fee field, and one can purchase multiple tickets. I had to add a choice of "0" for all of them, as even though it's set to be 'not required', the cart wouldn't let you go to the next step unless you chose '0'.

I am using [ALL FIELDS] in the Thank you email which is the Ticket Buyer's ticket, to be used for entrance into our festival. The problem is, placing [ALL FIELDS] in the ticket shows every single ticket option - those selected and those with that damn '0'. It's way too confusing for ticket buyers and it's going to be a nightmare at the gate.

Also, I want our logo to appear on the Ticket in the email. It comes with a wee blue ? image instead.

Last - how do I change those ugly orange "next step" buttons in the cart to red? Can't find it in the system for the life of me.

You know, you can select which fields you want to show in [ALL_FIELDS] through the FIELD MANAGEMENT tab in DTR?

Just select the field name to edit and then select whether or not to include it.

I don't think that will solve the problem since it is a single drop down field that is printing all the extra information. I'm not sure how to solve that issue.

For the logo in the email, you will want to make sure the link to your graphic is an absolute URL (ie, includes the " www.yoursitename.com/ ...."). You will have to view the html of the email message when you are composing it to add it. Otherwise, when the person receives the message, their email program won't know where to find the graphic.

For the "Next Step" buttons, I'm not sure what you are referring to. On the Mac and PC I have, the Next Step buttons all show as just regular html buttons. I'm using 2.7.3c though so maybe it is an issue with an older version.

Thanks guys. I did upgrade to 2.7.3c too.

I have selected these drop downs to be included in [ALL FIELDS]. That part is working. What is frustrating is that the Ticket Buyer has to select "0" even though they aren't mandatory to select each one. So when they get their "Ticket" to be admitted into the festival there is a long list of all the tickets they could have purchased... I"m attaching an image of the ticket portion of the email.

heenie - regarding the logo... this is not a DT Register problem... it's your editor. Most joomla editors will drop the domain name to make all of your links and images load with "relative" urls. When this happens, the email will NOT load your image. Solution: either load the image from a different domain, or you can set the editor to NOT force relative urls. JCE, for example, has a setting for this.
