TOPIC: HELP! Register button not appearing

I must be doing something wrong. I'm trying to get the "register" button to appear on the individual event. I have it set to "SHOW"


I'm also trying to change the button color, but it won't change from the default green.

If no register button shows... that means registration is NOT open. Check your "Registration Open Date". Leave that blank or make sure it is a date prior to now for registration to be available. Thanks.

Thanks. That wasn't the issue on the Registration button - I didn't have a plug-in activated.

The color button issue is not resolved.

I answered based on limited info... the "show register button" setting you mentioned is related to the event listing view. So in that view, the ONLY other way it would not show is due to the "Registration Open Date" setting in the event.

Now, if you are talking about the Register button that can show in articles or other places, that comes from the EventLink plugin which you said wasn't enabled.

The color of ALL of the buttons (regardless of where they come from) is set in the main configuration area. If you are changing the color selection and it's not saving, then you must have something missing in Configuration that is keeping it from saving. Check the email tab and make sure From Name and From Email are both filled in. There is no bug that would cause the color change to not save. If you can't sort it out, submit a ticket. Thanks.

That did it! I would never have thought a missing name in the email field would affect the color option staying...but it did.

So....can we upload custom colors? The blue is a bit too blue

NM - found the code in the .css file. Will try uploading my own image to match the overall style of my site.
