TOPIC: Mass Email Registrants Frontend

Is there a Mass Email option for front end event administrators with permissions?

Backend Config
In backend Configuration | Permissions for users I set up:
Mass email option checked for front end publisher users

Frontend Behavior
But when this user logs in on frontend to manage the events, there is no mass email option on events.

This would be very useful for front end managers.
Otherwise how do they communicate with registrants if they don't know the individual emails?

So a
option=com_dtregister&controller=registrantemail
For the frontend?

Is this a feature request or am I missing something?
