TOPIC: Terms and Conditions Pop Up

We're setting up our site and just added our terms and conditions. When you click on it to read them, the popup is showing a new webpage, including the article instead of just the article itself. Is there a setting that would change/correct this?

We had a lot of trouble with this page. sh404SEF causes the problem you're seeing. We had to turn it off. Juga, on the other hand, causes it to display an error page. It's off now, too.

I don't have sh404SEF installed, but I did have Joomla's "Search Engine Friendly URLs" turned on. When I turned that off, the Terms and Conditions appear properly. Unfortunately, it creates all the other issues associated with long links.

Anyone have any ideas regarding how to get both?
