TOPIC: Required fields....not required to proceed

I thought the whole point of having required fields was that the user had to fill them out before they could proceed. I currently have group registration and you can just click "Next Step", despite a whole list of required fields, and go to the next Member.

I have Yes, Required selected on about 10 fields and there's a little red asterisk on the page next to the field, indicating required.

Is there something I'm missing?

You must not have the latest package. There was an issue with this recently that was fixed. Please update to the latest package (2.7.3c) then if your issue remains, submit a ticket and let us know also what browser you are testing with.

I just upgraded from 2.7.3a to 2.7.3c and I'm still having this problem.

I just set up a brand new 2.7.3c installation and required fields are not being required. Has there been a fix I missed?

I am having the same problem, it just started after upgrading to 2.7.3c. Help would be greatly appreciated...

I am not having this problem with 2.7.3c. Definitely makes me filled out the required fields before going on.
