TOPIC: Multiple registrations/events issues

I uninstalled DT Register 2.7.3a. I installed 2.7.3c. Nothing is fixed. Exactly as it was. Looks like I have no choice but to send in a ticket...

Fixed! Apparantly I had 9 events, 8 copied from the first and modified accordingly. None should have saved in the first place. Go figure. All because they were set to minimum group number of 0. And that was just a typo.

Still, would like to have only one registration, rather than make customers register twice for 2 types of tickets... (1 adult, 1 senior, 1 kid, etc) Can anyone help me with that?

I did another install of 2.7.3c and decided to delete the old records. For whatever reason, the migrate records did not work well for me. That's OK, though - we have the old records in excel files, and they will simply be used for record-keeping. It's probably good to start afresh anyway!

At least event registrations are working again, and I really like the new format of the latest upgrade. Yay!

Thank god for the other peeps on this forum. And thanks Fitness! I appreciate your help a lot. Trying a new approach to get my Tickets online, and have made really good progress. Was close quitting and finding another solution - there are some good ones out there... Now I've got a few more questions for a new post! grrrrr But getting close. Never woulda thought I would be at this for so bloody long.

It looks to me you need to use conditional fields to set the number of tickets for each type. Hitting the back button to register more folk for the same event doesn't make sense. Just set up conditional fields for the user to select the number of paticipants in each category i.e Adult 1-10 Child 1-10 ect. Dt Register will do all the calculations for you in one registration.

I see you have used conditional field now, much better.
