TOPIC: group registration email from back end

I have been testing with 2.7.3b version and when i register a group it automatically send email even when i don't check the send email box, but when adding individual registrant from the backend when the send email box is uncheck it does not send email,
How can i make the add group registration from the backend not send automatic email when the send email check box is uncheck.

please help
