The majority of users on my website will not be registered. I do not allow user registration which causes a big problem. When you show the location link to an event it doesn't work the same way when you are not logged in. It actually moves you away from the current webpage to a google map page.
-How do i get the event location link to open in a new window and not the same one (taking customers off my page)?
One of my events needs a very long list of questions to be answered during registration. This list included text fields, text areas, radio buttons exct exct. they are all different lengths. The problem is... Its almost impossible to read. All the questions have no vertical spacing or highlighting and its very hard to tell what answer box goes with what question. Also, the field description sits vertically aligned to the longest (furthest away) text area and not near the actual answer box. If i have a radio button the description is useless because its so far away from the question and answer.
How do i add some vertical spacing to these questions so its easier to read?
Thanks for all your help,
Mark
PS - The custom fields were very easy to make and an amazing feature! I love DT register because it has some many useful features.
Hello. Hard to give specifics without seeing your site, but...
You control the size of each field, so if you have a field that is much wider than the other fields, the tooltips icons will be pushed to the right for all fields. Best solution would be to shorten your longest field.
Regarding the location link, there is no difference in how the location popup is handled based on whether or not you are logged in. No reason for that. Never heard of anyone having an issue like you described either. Sounds like you need a ticket... and maybe need to update your package. Don't know what version you are using. Thanks.
