I received the following message after a new install of DT Register 2.7.3

JFolder::Create Path not open_basedir paths
Installation Component Success

Should i be concerned about the top line?

No big concern here. This just means that for one reason or another (probably permissions), DT Register was unable to create one or more of the needed folders that it adds inside of the core Joomla /images directory. Just manually create them. Check and make sure these directories all exist and are writable:

/images/dtregister/barcode
/images/dtregister/eventpics
/images/dtregiser/locations
/images/dtregister/uploads
