I am having problems with my Custom Admin Notification Email, but until I get that resolved, I need to review registrant records. However, no records for the past few days are in the list when I search by event under records. Any recommendations?
I've noticed that if an error occurs in the mailing process often times a record will not be written to the database. I would resolve the email problem quickly.
I'd check you have email addresses in the event, in global configuration. Make sure you have the email subject set in global config. Make sure you have email text set in global config and in the event if you have that enabled. Make sure you are using the email address in the billing part. If you have 2.7.3a, there is a bug with group registrations if you don't use the email address for the group members.
