TOPIC: Sage Payment

Sage payment is listed as a supported payment gateway. How is it that I cannot get any response or information on why it is not implimenting to my site correctly? Sage states the transactions are coming through as credits and not sales, how can I myself modify this or what is it that I am missing. I would really appreciate any response as I am not able to find any information elsewhere.
