TOPIC: CSV Export - Main Fields Missing

I am using the latest version 2.7.3a.

When I am exporting from the CSV Export utility, I think there is a major set of fields missing.

I select the events I want to export and click next. On the next screen you select the fields to export. When the file is created, the fields you select are there, but the key fields such as Registrants Name, Address, Phone etc are NOT in the file. It makes the exported record useless.

I want to export all old events and save them prior to archiving the event. I need all of the other details of the event and can't find a way to get them.

Am I missing something???

I am having the same issue, even with 2.7.3a. I am missing the address information on the csv export. Any one out there any luck

There are no known bugs with the CSV export. Only fields that are enabled for the selected event will show as an option to export. If you feel a selected field is not coming through, please submit a ticket with access to your site and name specific fields to check in specific events. We'll see what's happening.

The problem is that only optional fields are available for export. I am not able to get the basics such as the name, address, city and phone number of a registrant. Without this the CSV export is useless.
