TOPIC: I am new and need help

Joomla Version 1.5.15
DT Register Version 2.7.2e

Currently have a few events set up, working fine. When trying to collect payment using Sage payments it prompts me for credit card info, after information is put in correctly i hit next and takes me to a screen displaying only a "try again" button. sage says the payments are coming in as credits instead of sales and are being declined. Sage says that it has something to do with DT register, but i have found no one having this issue.

Help would be much appreciated!
