It was set up as an optional checkbox with additional fee set, so if user checks it, it must be a paid event, and it must ask for the CC data, right? Sometimes it worked, sometimes not.
After reinstall it finally worked well, because I did not change anything, just created the optional field with the additional fee feature.

This problem is solved by changing our template to a less buggy one.
