Hello,

DT Register is not generating an on-page thank you after registering for an event.

The "messages" tab in Configuration has customized text for "Pay Later".
The "messages" tab in the Properties of the (repeating) Event has customized text for "Custom Pay Later Thank You message" and it is Enabled.

I have also tried this on a non-repeating event and get the same problem when paying later.

Could this be because I have provided multiple "Pay Later" options for the customers?

Hey SB , We only used Pay later options on our big sign up .

But its live and we took almost 600 regs so far only with pay later option .
We gave 2 Options

Pay at Club
Call In Payment

Both are working fine AT OUR END . Can you give me some screenshots of your events and config? ( Blank out sensitive info of course

)

I know we had troubles with this as well , So i could do a compare and see if we did something different to maybe provide a fix .

Sure, here ya go:

Interestingly, I *do* see the:
Message and/or Instructions to display above the registration form for this event:
bit which displays above the registration on a per-event/session, but the Custom Pay Later Thank You message doesn't appear at all. Strange. Hopefully I've missed something small, but I can't see it at the moment.

Few things
With Pay later at our site we don't have SSL set up
So maybe something to look at . Is your SSL cert installed correctly?
Anyway went through the $5 one
And no thanks page
But I backspaced , ( I know it doesnt work unless you use the button that DthAdmin has made ) But I got it then

Maybe try one with SSL disabled and see how it goes
Could narrow a lot of things down maybe
