TOPIC: More unstabilities: Able to pay for a waiting status

Hi, more unstability issues (I now have 6 major open ones) in 2.7.2e:

Persons on the Waitling lista are in the User panel able to chose to pay for the event.

This they should not be able to do, should they?
Trying to do it applies the Change fee and gives a empty screen with a confirmation button.
After that there is a error Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in (...)/home/nilfinla/public_html/administrator/components/com_dtregister/models/event.php on line 2700
