After poking around the internet for awhile I found that the culprit to the warning that the site contains unsecure content. It was mootools.js. I upgraded to joomla 1.5.22 and enabled the mootools 1.2 plugin and the world is once again happy.

Yes, anyone having the secure / unsecure warning in IE... it is NOT because of DT Register. This would be because of something in your site template, a plugin... something that is pulling in a javascript file, CSS file, etc via an absolute url instead of relative.

I'm having the same issues only on DT Register pages. I'm running CiviCRM on this site as well, over SSL and no warnings on those pages.

I've combed though the page and there are no images or media causing the issue. I'm running Joomla 1.5.22. I'm puzzled.

thanks,
john

The only difference I can see between DT Register and CiviCRM on my site is the Referring URL.

The Referring URL on the DT register pages does not have https in them: http://www.castletc.org/index.php?optio ... &Itemid=77

Not sure if this has anything to do with it or not. The CiviCRM pages do have Https in the Referring URL. This is the only difference I have noticed between the pages.

The referring url does not matter. SOMETHING that is loading along with DT Register is causing this. I also can tell that you don't have the latest version of DT Register in place. YOu should update and then if you still can't find the source, submit a ticket.

I was having the same issues and as a last resort, I checked my template index file to see if I had any javascript there that was calling on images with HTTP and sure enough there was. I forgot I had google snapshots javascript in the bottom of the <body> tag and removed it. That solved my problem.

I did not enable MTUpgrade because there are still problems with that plugin.

Maybe check your template index page?
