Hi, since I upgraded to 2.7.2 a, each time someome registers and pays with paypal there is a double record of the registration and the person gets double confirmation emails as well.

I am using DT register calendar only, I uninstalled Jevents

Joomla version is 1.5.22

Payment option selected is paypal (not paypal pro)

Rosa, the latest build is 2.7.2e (for a couple more days at least). You need to update and your issue should be resolved.

I have latest version 2.7.3c and still getting duplicate records when someone registered for event. It doesn't happen with every registration, but two cases out of nine registered. This only happens with group registrations. Can you advice?

I have the same problem - I get two records, one of which is accurate but doesn't include the transaction ID, and a second which does contain the transaction ID but isn't linked to a User ID.

I am on version 2.7.3c and Joomla 1.5.22.

This is not an isolated incident, as it occured on the version I had (at the time it was the latest version) for my last event which was the first half of February. I raised a ticket then which was put on hold as this was expected to be fixed in an minor upgrade, however it's still occuring so I've re-opened my original ticket.

Note that I'm not expecting a reply to this forum post, as I would expect the issue to be dealt with through the ticket system - I've responded to this so others can see that their problem isn't isolated! :D

I also have htis issue with paypal but not all users.
