TOPIC: CSV Export Crashing

We are running DT Register 2.7.X the CSV Export utility keeps crashing on export of the information. The registration module is being used for a running website and we are battling to export the information to CSV.

Any ideas on how to resolve this issue.

I get an internal server errror every time I go to CSV Export. Can't figure out how to solve it.

See if you can increase allocated memory and timeout time. That is the ony way i have managed to export to csv with large amoutns of data.

My timeout is currently at 3 minutes and allocated memory is 80meg

Guys, we realize large amounts of data are currently not exporting on some sites. We are working on a solution to address this and will include it in the next update. For now, either adjust php settings as suggested here, or export the data in pieces using the date range feature.

Tried adjusting the settings as indicated and we are still getting the HTTP error. My issue isn't that is it crashing, I can't even get into the area to attempt an export. I've had a ticket TECH-5Z09TWXTD6 in going on a month now and nothing. Please help soon!

Contact your server administrator and check the log files.
The CSV export does require a fair amount of memory and I suspect a swap area to assemble the data in.

Attempt to access the area while online with the adminsitrators so they can see what is happening.

The CSV not exporting is a MAJOR headache!

I have over 2K individual and group registrations i need to export. It took nearly 2 hours to get the data out!
