TOPIC: Integration with Jomsocial...

... To what extent is DT Register integrated with Jomsocial Events? All we like to achieve is insert an extra step in our Jomsocial event listings - mainly a paypal payment requirement before confirmation of attendance.

Can this be done at all?

On a seperate note, using DT register as a standalone event system completely breaks our CSS pages, even on default setting (getting blank screens etc.).

We are using the latest DT Register ver. as well as Joomla 1.5.22 and Jomsocial 2.0.4.

Hello. DT Register doesn't integrate with JomSocial events. The integration means when someone is logged in, you can have the JomSocial profile data auto-populate into the DT Register forms. You can also show registration activity in the JomSocial profiles (in a tab and the activity feed). Also, if you use the joomla user creation feature in DT Register, it will create a JomSocial profile also for those users with all necessary synced field data.

Regarding your other issues, it sounds like you do NOT have the latest version of DT Register. The latest is actually 2.7.2e. The blank screen issues that some were having was resolved in 2.7.2d. There is no reason why DT Register would affect the CSS of your whole site. If that is happening, it is something specific to your site only and would need addressed in a ticket. Thanks.
