how to create a simple form for the front-end for a group of users?

I need some fields! Mandatory fields in DT I do not necessarily reflect utriles.

Also, is it possible to display only the user has proper vents connected to a specific user group and a list of all events for another group of users?

My goal:
-A client creates a vent (has access to the list of events but not to the list of holes pending events) in the frontend.

a-list shows all events for all clients
is accessible to any user of a specific group (access to the list not retail). Each user of this list can register for the event (one user per event)

-The administration (secraitaria) has access to all the changes.
