I understand that you are backed up and working hard on fixes to the NEW DTRegister. But, I would like to know which is the best way to make sure that I get some kind of response to my questions and problems.

I posted in this forum one Jan 12th regarding the DTRegister calendar not loading data in Internet Explorer. Received a response on same day from dthadmin telling me the problem was fixed and that I needed to upgrade and he marked the post [SOLVED].
I upgraded as he requested and it did not fix the problem. I responded to dthadmin in the same post on Jan 13th stating that I still had the problem. I have not received any other responses since Jan 13th. I am currently running version 2.7.2c
When trying to load the Calendar in IE it still hangs and the calendar data will not load. IE shows the following ERROR message

error details
Message: Object doesn't support this property or method
Line: 2768
Char: 13
Code: 0
URI: http://www.beadattic.biz/components/com ... alendar.js

I also have submitted a support ticket for another issue I am having with the Thank you emails.

Ticket TECH-QE9UZ1MPA2

Friday, 14 January 2011 03:46:51 -0400

Thank You Email totally messed up

This ticket has been open for 10 DAYS and is still showing UNASSIGNED and not a word from tech support asking for additional details or saying that they are working on MY problem. NOTHING in 10 days. It gets really frustrating to not receive any kind of response.

I'll echo the frustration. I'm feeling it as well.

Hate drawing attention like that, but the guys are right.

I'm not satisfied with the support too.

I have 8 forum posts and 2 tickets ignored. Sometimes I have a feeling that I am communicating with myself.
I'm not a native English speaker, so don't judge me too hard, please.

Guys... no one is being ignored. We realize how behind we are on the tickets. We're answering tickets AND forum posts every single day... and we are answering as good as possible. I'm locking this thread as taking time to discuss to takes away from actual productivity. Thanks for your patience guys. We're also trying to add another person to our team to help handle support.
