I am having an issue with a form im doing.

Membership Status: * Professional Student Non Member here are the 3 choices for membership status. But say i click on proffesional well im finding that i can click all 3. Obviously im not all 3 but if someone registering is not puter literate they may have an issue with this. How do I make it so they can only pick one option? Thanks a bunch in advance

Hi AMTA,

Use the radio button instead of the checkbox. Radio button makes you pick one, checkbox should be used for a situation where you want the user to check all that apply.

Mouse over the blue "i"s for more information about the parameters you can set. I attached an example of a YES/NO choice with "YES" set as the default choice.

Yes, Liane is correct. The purpose of checkbox fields is to offer the ability to select multiple items. Radio buttons limits the user to one choice. Same with a dropdown field.
