I had a couple of quetions because I have not been able to find the answer so I apologize if it does exist.
First once a user has registered for an event can they go back and include additional people to their original registration.
Second, once they have canceled for an event how come they can not re-register or change it back to registered. Is it setup to only allow for the admin to change their status.
Last question, we are using this for a Security organization with CB and we have yearly dues required by our members. Will you be working on a module that can handle that effectively. The only ones I have been able to find for membership pertain to the site itself and not for an organization.
Hello! To give users the ability to go back and edit registrations, you'll need to use our User Panel. You can create a menu item for this as it is one of the DT Register menu options. You should set it to access level "Registered". It only works for logged in users. So if you want to offer this functionality, you need to either force users to login prior to registering for events (set event as "Private") or force them to create a joomla user account during the registration process... which will be added into the form when they are not already logged in.
Then the record will be assigned to their user account. They login, go to the User Panel, see their registration history, then can make changes, cancellations, payments, etc... all based on what you setup the ability to do.
After someone cancels, there is no way for them to change that. If they want to re-register, they would just go through a create a new registration. The admin can of course change their status back to Active, but the user can't do that. Thanks.
Ok yes...but if you have the event set for groups and if you register as an individual you can't go back and include anyone to your registration. Is that possible to do now or will it be in a future release.
