TOPIC: BOM in CSV export

Although the CSV output function creates unicode files which can be viewed correctly in notepad, it can not be viewed correctly in EXCEL. Upon further investigation, it appears that BOM is required for excel to display unicode correctly. I tried to convert the csv from unicode without BOM to unicode by Notepad++, then Excel could show the chinese characters correctly. Could you add back the BOM character in CSV output function?
